The cone-shape fire bowl has a wide, flat rim that doubles as a highly efficient cooking surface. Heat radiates from the centre in a perfectly smooth gradient, creating a broad range of cooking temperatures on a single hotplate.
So whether you’re frying eggs, slow-cooking vegetables or sautéing a prime steak, OFYR opens up a new world of possibilities for cooking outdoors.
Unlike other outdoor cookers, OFYR requires very little cleaning and is virtually maintenance free. Scraps and excess oil go straight into the fire; a quick wipe with a damp cloth, and OFYR is ready for the next occasion.
When not in use, OFYR can be left outside in all weathers (no cover is required). In time the steel develops an attractive natural patina.
OFYR’s three-way modular design makes it simple to relocate. Hotplate, fire bowl and base can be easily separated for lifting and transport.

Thanks to its large circular hotplate a single OFYR can cater for 50 - 100 guests. For larger venues or to expand menu options, multiple OFYRs can be used.
Our long-term lease packages include the option to purchase your OFYR for a reduced cost at the end of the lease period.
